Booking Payment: Payments must be made within a week of the initial booking of the event. Any additional payments for the DJ, etc., must be made at least one week before the event takes place.
Alcohol & Drinks Policy: Any alcohol or non-alcoholic drinks brought onto the premises and consumed will result in the immediate termination of the event. All alcohol and drinks must be supplied by Service Station. Any alcoholic drinks or gifts brought to the premises must be stored behind the bar until the end of the event.
Prohibited Items: Glitter, confetti, confetti balloons, and party poppers are not permitted on the premises due to the cleaning effort required. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Decorations: Any decorations you wish to keep must be removed on the night after the event. This is due to limited storage space. All decorations left behind will be disposed of that evening.
Venue Attendance: If fewer than 50 people are in physical attendance, the venue will be made public after the initial 3-hour time period from the start time requested by the customer.
