Cancellation Policy

Booking Fee: In the event of a cancellation, the booking fee will not be refunded. In exceptional circumstances such as illness or accident, the cancellation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Venue Cancellation: If the event is cancelled for any reason by us, the venue, the booking fee will be refunded in full.
